Style Your Space

Hello everyone. A lot has happened since I last posted. I went to Italy (definitely more to come on that later. like a thousand pictures more) and I went to FBLA State! Italy was amazing! People keep asking me what my favorite city was and so far I don't have a favorite. They were all my favorites for different reasons. It was such a memorable trip. Here in the nearish future I plan to start my series of Italy posts. 

State. Well that was fun. We got to travel to Spokane and compete. I am so happy to say that Kelsey, Samantha, and I placed 4th in state for business ethics. It definitely did not come without a lot of hard work. And many thanks go to Mr. Read as he took time out of his schedule to train us for this event. I hope to post pictures of this soon too.

But I figured I should include something a little fun in this post, so I thought I would show you what my editorials have been looking like. For Rhetoric we are writing editorials on a topic of our choice. I of course chose interior design. My publication is called Style Your Space and the lovely Julie Fare graces us each week with new design tips. This was this weeks editorial.  A bit hard to read as they are screen shots, but you get the idea of the format and all. Anyway. I am really loving this assignment. I mean I get to look through Pinterest for homework. Such a shame. No really though. I so love writing about what I am passionate about. This is week 4 of them so we only have a few left, but if you have any ideas on what I could write about in the field of design let me know! Or even if you found a picture on Pinterest that has a great style I would love to see it :)
